We would like to inform you that our EU web store under the company of BAMBULAB LIMITED, has recently changed its legal entity to Bambulab GmbH. This change is effective immediately.
Please note that this change in our legal entity does not affect our business operations or our commitment to providing you with high-quality products and services. All existing agreements, contracts, and commitments with our company will continue to be in force under the new legal entity.

Due to this change, the name on your invoices will also be updated accordingly.

If you have any orders placed before July 12, 2023 (based on payment timestamp), invoices have been automatically sent to your mailbox. Please check your email to download the invoice accordingly. If you cannot find this email in your inbox or need further assistance on the invoice, please contact our customer support and sub HCmit a ticket.

For orders placed on or after July 12th, you will be able to download the updated invoice directly from your account center.
