Bambu Lab Black Friday Promotion Terms and Conditions

These Bambu Lab Black Friday Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply when you participate in the Promotion Activity (defined as below). Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, so please read them carefully before you participate in the Promotion Activity and keep a copy for your records.

The Promotion Activity

  1. Price drop on printers: €140 off on Bambu Lab X1C & X1C Combo, €90 off on Bambu Lab P1S, €100 off on Bambu Lab P1S Combo, €50 off on Bambu Lab P1P.
  2. Limited offer of 2 rolls of FREE Bambu Filaments gifts with printer purchase.
    X1 series (X1C combo/X1C printer): Limited orders orders during the Black Friday promotion will receive one roll of PLA Sparkle and one roll of PLA-CF filament.
    P1 series (P1S combo/P1S printer/P1P printer): Limited orders orders during the Black Friday promotion will receive one roll of PLA Silk and one roll of PLA Tough filament.
    *Note: Free filaments are sent in random color.

Eligibility

  1. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion Activity you must be an individual resident (aged 18+) with Bambu Lab account during the Promotion Period (“Participant”, “You”, “Your” or “Yours”).

  1. All the orders apply to our Shipping Policy.
  2. The 2 rolls of Free Bambu filaments will be shipped separately from the printer.

    A: The 2 rolls of free filaments are limited offer for X1 series/P1 series printer purchases made during the Black Friday promotion, on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are eligible to receive the 2 rolls of free filaments, you will find the phrase "with free filament" in the order summary section of your order confirmation email.
  2. Q: Will I receive the 2 rolls of free filaments if I purchase the A1 series printer?
    A: No, the free filaments offer is exclusively available for X1 series/P1 series printer purchases made during the Black Friday promotion.
  3. Q: Is it possible to return only the printer for a refund, even if I have received the 2 rolls of free filaments?
    A: No, in the case of printer orders with the free filaments offer, the entire order must be returned. Otherwise, the original price of the filaments will be deducted from the refund.
  4. Q: Can I specify the color and type of free filaments?
    A: No, free filaments are available in limited supply and will be shipped as a set with random colors.
  5. Q: Will the credits from my filament membership be deducted when I purchase filament during the Black Friday promotion?
    A: No, during the Black Friday promotion, the membership credits will not be deducted, and the membership discounts cannot be combined with the Black Friday discounts.
  6. Q: Will I be granted the Bambu Filament Membership by placing printer orders during the Black Friday promotion?
    A:Yes, customers who make their first purchase of a printer in the official store will be granted a 6-month Bambu filament membership. For customers who have purchased printers in the official store before, the membership will be refreshed after the new printer order is completed. Returns & Refunds

  1. All physical products that came with your purchase should be returned in new condition and in the original packaging. For details, please refer to Returns & Refunds.
  2. Refund request for printer orders with the free filaments offer, the entire order must be returned. Otherwise, the original price of the filaments will be deducted from the refund.
  3. Bambu Lab shall have the right to cancel any order in case of or suspicion of fraudulent activity without consulting the participant or obtaining his/her consent.
