Eligibility
1. To be eligible to participate in the 2nd Anniversary promotion you must be an individual resident (aged 18+) with Bambu Lab account during the Promotion Period (“Participant”, “You”, “Your” or “Yours”).
2. You can only participate in the 2nd Anniversary promotion after you register and log in.
Shipping and Packaging
1. All the orders apply to our Shipping Policy. During the promotion, there may be slight delays in shipments.
2. The filaments and accessories will be shipped separately from the printer.
3. Please note that your order might be shipped in multiple packages. For more details, please click Track Your Order.
Returns & Refunds
1. According to our Returns and Refunds policy, if you need to initiate a return request, please submit your application through Customer Support within 14 days of receiving the item(s). All physical products that came with your purchase should be returned in new condition and in the original packaging.
2. Refund request for discounted filaments or accessories order, the entire order should be returned. Otherwise, the original price for returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund.
3. Bambu Lab shall have the right to cancel any order in case of or suspicion of fraudulent activity without consulting the participant or obtaining his/her consent.
