By using your referral link, your friend can claim a 9% discount code applicable to the following printer models: X1C, X1C Combo, P1S, P1S Combo, A1, A1 Combo, A1 mini, and A1 mini Combo.
You can refer anyone except yourself, even if they do not yet have a Bambu Lab account or have never purchased a product before.
If your friend claims your referral discount code but does not use it, the referral will not count as qualifying. In this case, you will also be unable to share a new referral link.
After your friend places an order using your referral discount code, a gift card reward will be added to your account in pending status. The gift card will be unlocked 30 days after your friend receives their printer package.
If your friend places an order using the referral discount code and the printer in that order is later canceled or refunded, Bambu Lab will revoke the reward for that order.
Only one referral discount code can be applied per order, and it cannot be stacked with other offers for the same printer category.
Yes. Before sharing your first referral link, you’ll need to set your reward preference. You can choose to keep the rewards in your account or transfer them to your friends. Once set, this preference will apply to all the rewards and cannot be changed.
You can view all details about your referral progress and rewards directly on the "My Referral" page.
Rewards are issued as gift cards to your account. The gift card is valid for 180 days from activation and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and can be used for all products on the online store, including shipping fee and taxes.
Yes. Your referral link expires after each successful referral. Your link will also expire when the program ends if your friend has not claimed a code through it.
Start by confirming the following:
1) Your friend claimed the discount code through your referral link.
2) Your friend placed an order using the referral discount code, and the order has not been canceled or refunded.
3) At least 30 days have passed since your friend received their printer package.
4) You have checked the "My Referral" page for the status of the rewards.
If all of the above are confirmed and you still have not received your reward, please reach out to our Customer Support.
For now, you will receive up to two (2) referral links to share with friends. As the program goes on, we’ll listen to feedback from our community and you may receive more referral links during the program period.
