Bambu Lab Referral Program Terms and Conditions

The “Bambu Lab Referral Program” (hereinafter referred to as "Referral Program" or "Program") is initiated by SHENZHEN TUOZHU TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD.'s affiliates in different countries/regions (see the table below, hereinafter referred to as “Bambu Lab” or “we”). Through Referral Program, we offer participants surprise discounts and gift card rewards. In this Agreement, “you” and “user” refer to any individual invited to and agreeing to participate in this program, including both referrers and referees.

Users who receive the invitation to the Program may choose whether or not to participate in this Referral Program. By participating in any part of the Program, you will be deemed to have fully understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including the Program rules and our interpretations thereof set out in this section.

Please read carefully to make sure that you fully understand the terms and conditions of this Referral Program, especially the provisions that exclude or limit liability. Important clauses—including exclusion or limitations of liability — will be highlighted in bold for your attention, and you should read them carefully. If you participate in the Program, you are deemed to have entered into a legally binding agreement with Bambu Lab. If you do not accept this Agreement, please do not participate in the Program or take any related action.

Program Ends at: 2025/09/30 22:00 (Beijing Time, UTC+8)

Program available for the following Online Store Sites: US, CA, EU, UK, AU, and ASIA Bambu Lab official online stores; JP and KR official online stores are excluded from this Program.

Part 1. Definitions

(1) Bambu Lab Users: Any user who has registered for and logged in to their Bambu Lab account.

(2) Referrer: Any Bambu Lab User who has received an invitation to the Referral Program via email or other forms of notification.

(3) Referee: A user who successfully claims a referral discount code using the unique referral link provided by the Referrer.

(4) Referral Link: The unique referral link generated when the Referrer initiates the process, typically delivered to the Referee via a system-generated invitation email or direct link sharing.

(5) Reward: A benefit granted when a Qualified Referral has been made in accordance with this Terms and Conditions. In this Program, the reward refers to gift cards issued by Bambu Lab.

(6) Qualified Referral: In this Program, a successful referral in which the Referee claims a referral discount code, subsequently places an order for the Program’s eligible 3D printer and no return/refund occurs.

(7) Net Printer Amount: The net price of the printer paid by the Referee in their order, excluding discount amount, taxes, shipping fees, and any other applicable third-party charges.

Part 2. Eligibility

(1) Age Requirement for Referrers:

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in this Program via your Bambu Lab account on the Bambu Lab online store

(2) Store Site Restrictions for Referrers and Referees:

Referrals can only be made on the same official online store site of certain country/region. After participating the Referral Program, a Referrer may refer users only within the same store site; the Referee must log in/register, claim and use referral discount code, and make purchases on that same store site. For example, if a Referrer joins our Referral Program on the EU online store (https://eu.store.bambulab.com/), the referee must also log in/register, claim and use referral discount code, and make purchases on the EU online store (https://eu.store.bambulab.com/).

(3) Participants/Referer Eligibility:

This Program is available only to selected Bambu Lab users who have been invited to participate. It is not available to all users.

(4) How to Check and Confirm if You Are an Invited User:

i. If you are invited to this Program, we will send you an invitation email, or a system notification on MakerWorld.

ii. You may also log in to the Referral Program page and click the "Refer Now" button to check whether you are an invited user.

Part 3. How the Referral Works

(1) Referral Rules

The Bambu Lab Referral Program offers our selected users an opportunity to earn rewards by inviting friends or family to join the Bambu Lab Referral Program and make purchases at the official Bambu Lab Online Store.

The specific rules and steps are as follows:

i. The Referrer logs in to their Bambu Lab account and visits the Referral Program page.

After confirming that they have received an invitation to the Program and are eligible to participate, the Referrer clicks to access the Referral Program page.

ii. On the Referral Program page, the Referrer clicks “Refer Now” and will receive a pop-up window to set their gift card reward preferences.

By logging in to the Bambu Lab Referral Program page and clicking the "Refer Now" button to generate their unique referral link, the Referrer can share it with friends.

When generating a referral link for the first time, the Referrer must choose whether the gift card reward will be issued to their own account or transferred to the Referee. Once set, this preference applies to all rewards for the Program and cannot be changed.

The Referee must click the Referrer’s link to log in/register on Bambu Lab.

iii. Sharing the Referral Link

The referral link can be shared by copying and sending it directly to the Referee. Alternatively, with the Referee’s consent, the Referrer may fill in the Referee’s email address, and Bambu Lab will send an invitation email upon Referrer’s confirmation.

For the initial round of invited users, each Referrer may generate up to two (2) valid Referral Links. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to grant additional valid Referral Links to Referrers during the validity period of the Program. In such event, the invited Referrers will be notified in advance.

One Referral Link shall only be redeemable by only one Referee to claim the exclusive discount code. A Referrer may generate and share only one link at a time; once the Referee has redeemed and used the discount code to place an order, the Referrer may generate a new referral link.

Table 2: Restrictions on Referral Discount Codes

1. Validity of Referral Links: Referral links remain valid during the Program period and will automatically expire once the associated discount code has been successfully claimed by a Referee, or at the end of the Program, whichever occurs first.

2. First Claim Only: Each referral link can be used to claim only one discount code. If the same link is shared multiple times, only the first Referee to claim will receive the exclusive discount code.

3. Discount Code Validity Period: Valid for 7 days from the date of claim.

4. Cannot be combined with other discounts on 3D printers: Referral discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts on the same category of 3D printers.

5. Same Store Site Only: The referral discount code can only be used on the same store site. For example, if the Referrer joins the Referral Program on the EU store (https://eu.store.bambulab.com/), the referee must register/log in and shop on the EU store (https://eu.store.bambulab.com/).

6. Eligible Products: The referral discount code applies only to certain 3D printers on the corresponding store site (see Table 3).

7. Order Limitations: Each order can apply only one referral discount code, and it can be used for the purchase of only one 3D printer. Since a Referee can hold only one unused referral discount code at a time. If you want to purchase another eligible 3D printers, then you need to place a separate order after you claim a new referral discount code.

iv. Referee uses the exclusive discount code claimed via the referral link within 7 calendar days to purchase a 3D printer eligible for this Program (see Table below);

Note: Regardless of whether the Referrer chooses to keep the gift card rewards or transfer it to the Referee, the gift card amount, issuance time, and other details will remain unchanged. Any other models which are not mentioned here shall be deemed to be excluded from this program.

v. The referral reward will be issued to the account of either the Referrer or the Referee (depending on the Referrer’s selected reward preference) 30 calendar days after the Referee has received the printer under his/her corresponding order.

vi. Upon the conclusion of the Program, this page will be taken offline. Referrers will no longer be able to share new referral links, and referees will no longer be able to claim referral discount codes. However, discount codes successfully claimed prior to the end of the Program will remain valid for 7 days from the date of issuance and may still be used within the validity period. Rewards for qualified referrals will continue to be issued, and referrers may still check their referral progress and reward status through the "My Referral" page.

(2) Referee Eligibility

Regardless of whether you have previously registered for a Bambu Lab account or purchased products from the Bambu Lab official online store, you are eligible to become a Referee. A Referee must be at least 18 years old, and the Referee and Referrer cannot be the same person (even if different email addresses are used).

Each user account may hold only one unused referral discount code at any given time. To purchase multiple eligible 3D printers under this Program (see Table 3), the current referral discount code must be redeemed before claiming a new referral discount code for subsequent orders.

(3) Reward Trigger Conditions

The Referrer or Referee will only be eligible to receive the reward if:

Uses the referrer’s unique link to register/log in to Bambu Lab and claims the corresponding discount code.
Uses the referral discount code to purchase an eligible printer (see Table 3) under this Program.
No return/refund occurs.

Limitations:

i. If the Referee’s 3D printer order is returned and refunded within 30 days after delivery, the reward will be canceled.

ii. If the Referee’s 3D printer order is returned and refunded after 30 days from delivery, Bambu Lab reserves the right to cancel the reward.

(4) Reward Type

Form: Bambu Lab gift card.
Order Limitation: The order must be placed on the same official online store site using the referral discount code to purchase an eligible 3D printer (see Table 3).
How We Calculate the Amount of the Gift Card:
- For X1C/X1C Combo/P1S/P1S Combo/A1/A1 Combo: Gift Card Amount = Net Printer Amount × 6%
- For A1 mini/A1 mini Combo: Gift Card Amount = Net Printer Amount × 3%

Restrictions:

Gift card usage restrictions:

May not be redeemed for cash, transferred, sold or used across accounts.
If an order is cancelled or a violation occurs after the reward is issued, Bambu Lab reserves the right to cancel or reclaim the reward.
Gift Card Validity: 180 days from the date of issuance.

(5) Reward Issuance Time and Method

i. If the Referrer chooses to keep the reward for themselves, one gift card with a "Pending" status shall be shown in the Referrer’s account after the Referee has placed one qualified purchase order. The gift card will be officially issued 30 calendar days after the Referee has received the printer under the corresponding order, the status of the gift card shall be changed to "Issued" and an email notification will be sent. The gift card becomes active upon issuance and could be used for future purchase.

ii. If the Referrer chooses to transfer the reward to the Referee, the gift card shall be officially issued 30 calendar days after the Referee has received the printer from the corresponding order, and an email notification will be sent. The gift card becomes active upon issuance.

(6) How to View Rewards

The Referrer can view referral history and reward details on the Bambu Lab “My Referral” page. When the Referee receives a transferred reward, an email notification will be sent.

Part 4. Prohibited Conduct

During the period of this Program, Bambu Lab shall take necessary measures to prevent and handle any fraudulent, abusive or deceptive conduct. If the Referrer and the Referee share the same IP address/device, the Referee may not be able to receive the exclusive referral discount code. If Bambu Lab determines that the Referrer attempts to violate the rules of this Program or uses improper means (including but not limited to cheating, malicious bulk ordering, disrupting/damaging systems, fraudulent chargebacks, malicious exploitation of system/rule loopholes, or any other unfair conduct) to undermine the fairness, integrity, or lawful operation of this Program, or intends to harass, abuse, or threaten any other Referrer or any Bambu Lab personnel, Bambu Lab may, at its sole discretion, cancel their participation eligibility, prohibit the Referrer or the Referee from participating in this Referral Program, revoke any rewards obtained, and reserve the right to suspend the Referrer’s or Referee’s account and to claim for compensation for any losses in accordance with the law.

Part 5. Privacy & Data Protection

We Bambu Lab respect your privacy and place great importance on the protection of your personal data. We will adopt appropriate security measures for your personal data in compliance with applicable laws and regulations (such as the GDPR) of relevant countries and regions and in line with established industry security standards.

If you are a Referrer, for the purpose of supporting the sending of your referral information and the issuance of referral rewards, we may use your username, account, and email information.
If you are a Referee, for the purpose of receiving the referral discount code, fulfilling orders, and calculating and displaying rewards to the Referrer, we will collect and use your email, order, and fulfillment/delivery information (such as recipient name, address, and contact informations). Additionally, for the purpose of calculating the gift card amount, we will share with the Referrer certain detail of your order amount (including the total order amount and the net printer amount). Other order details (such as order number, shipping address, etc.) will not be visible to the Referrer. For more details, please refer to the Bambu Lab Privacy Policy.

Part 6. Limitation of Liability

(1) The Company shall not be liable for any interruption of the Program, delay or failure in reward issuance caused by force majeure, system failures or other reasons beyond our control or unrelated to us.

(2) Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect the statutory consumer rights under applicable laws in the relevant jurisdiction.

Part 7. Changes & Termination

(1) The Company reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to adjust, suspend, or terminate this Program at any time and to update these Terms and Conditions if necessary.

(2) If we make any material changes to the Referral Program Terms and Conditions, we will notify you via a pop-up message or other appropriate means in advance.

(3)Once the Referral Program expires or is terminated, any unclaimed referral discount codes will simultaneously become void.
