We strive to process and deliver your orders (including the pre-order and in stock order) in an efficient and timely manner. If you need to cancel an order after it has been placed, please follow the steps below:
  • You can cancel an order for the item you made within two hours of placing your order.
  • If you need to cancel an not-yet-shipped order after 2 hours of placing the order, please initiate a cancellation request to email at support@service.bambulab.com. Our customer support will process your request as follows:
    • If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel your order; or
    • If your order is in the shipping process, we will declines your cancellation request and you can:
      • Accept the item and return it within 14 days from the day of receipt. For more information on returns, refer to our Returns and Refunds(EU).
Order cancellations are processed in 5 business days and refunds can be expected up to 7 days after processing.
