The flash sale only applies to filament, accessories, maker's supply, and material items listed on the flash sale page. Please check the flash sale page for eligibility.
Purchase Limits:
- Each account may purchase up to 10 units per item.
- Products are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the stock for a particular product in the flash sale is exhausted, the sale for that product will end immediately.
- Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability at checkout. Inventory may change until the order is placed.
- Flash sale discounts can not be combined with other promotional offers.

Eligibility
- To be eligible to participate in the Halloween Sale you must be an individual resident (aged 18+) with Bambu Lab account during the Promotion Period (“Participant”, “You”, “Your” or “Yours”).
- You can only participate in the Halloween Sale after you register and log in.
Shipping and Packaging
- Our Shipping Policy applies to all orders. During the promotion, there may be slight delays in shipments.
- The filament and accessories will be shipped separately from the printer.

Returns & Refunds
- According to our Returns & Refunds policy, if you need to initiate a return request, please submit your application through Customer Support within 14 days of receiving the item(s). All physical products that came with your purchase should be returned in new condition and in the original packaging.
- For your return and refund application, if the purchased item comes with a complimentary gift, the gift must be returned. Otherwise, the original price of the gift will be deducted from the refund.
- Bambu Lab shall have the right to cancel any order in case of or suspicion of fraudulent activity without consulting the participant or obtaining his/her consent.
